Agriturismo Il Ponte's breeding doesn't only take place at its headquarters in Vicchio, in the province of Florence.

From May to October, in fact, our cows are moved to the mountain pastures for a total of about 100 hectares in Località Sambuca, Municipality of Palazzuolo, where they spend the summer months in pasture at an altitude of 1,000 metres above sea level.

Our calves graze in the same period together with the cows and once weaned, between 6 and 8 months, they return to the stable.

Finally, our pigs are bred at our company headquarters in Gattaia, partly out to pasture and partly in the stable.
