Our production

We are very proud of our meat and cured meat processing business and we want to share the fruits of our labour with our clients.

In fact, we have a space dedicated to selling goods, from the producer to the consumer, which is open to the public. The members of our family work to serve you fresh meats and typical Tuscan cured meats with unique and unmistakable flavours.

Our opening hours for direct sales are: Tuesday and Thursday from 4 pm to 7 pm; Saturday and Sunday from 9 am to 12 pm and from 4 pm to 7 pm. Inside our space dedicated to sales, you will find:

  • all cuts of beef (as well as our famous "Florentine steak")
  • pork meat (rosticciana (grilled pork), loin, etc.)
  • cured meats (sausage, bardiccio, soppressata, salami, finocchiona, bacon, gota, coppa and ham)
